Things in boxes...
The movers told her to make a list of her belongings before placing them in boxes, tape sealing the seams. Before handing it over, she looked at the list—measuring spoons, perfume bottles, photograph albums, spine-worn journals, threadbare sleep shirts—a detailed account of her earthly possessions. It was then she realized these things didn't hold any value, and the things she did value could never fit in a box.

True, the things I value most will not fit in a box, besides it would be cruel to stick you in a box for a few weeks.
damn it. tha "g" thang took my idea. friendship doesn't quite fit into a box, not the good kind anyway. :) lovely writing, my friend.
Why would one want to box up the really valuable items anyway? They should always be accessible and convenient so we can enjoy their full value. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go rent a safe deposit box...
